Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Network Territory Manager for the Northeast region. This remote role includes quarterly visits to the corporate office and frequent travel across the territory.

You will grow and manage contractor relationships to ensure high-quality roadside assistance and financial performance, while leading onboarding, negotiations, and performance optimization. The position requires 5+ years in vendor management, experience with towing/roadside providers, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in account/vendor management or a related leadership role.
• Experience managing independent towing/roadside providers in contracted environments.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates and terms.
• Strong territory management and travel willingness.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage contractor relationships to meet quality and financial targets for roadside services.
• Remote role with travel across the assigned territory; quarterly visits to the corporate office.
• Lead market bids to optimize price and performance for service areas.
• Handle contracting and onboarding of towing/roadside providers after management approval.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and service-related issues with contracted facilities.
• Inspect provider facilities/equipment to ensure contract compliance when needed.
• Recruit towing and roadside partners to ensure territory readiness for service requests.
• Analyze performance gaps and service issues and report findings to management.
