Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Network Territory Manager to grow and manage contractor relationships for roadside assistance services in the Northeast region. This remote role requires residence within the assigned territory, with frequent travel and quarterly visits to the corporate office.

You'll report to the Director of Product & Partner Management and work to deliver high-quality roadside services while meeting financial targets. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in account or vendor management and working with towing/roadside service providers.
• Experience negotiating rates and managing territory.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manages adherence to territory plan for service provider performance metrics (acceptance/arrival time, customer experience).
• Performs market bids to optimize markets based on price and performance.
• Handles contracting and on-boarding of towing/roadside candidates post-management approval.
• Investigates and resolves complaints and damage cases stemming from territory activity.
• Inspects towing facilities and equipment to ensure contract compliance.
• Recruits towing/roadside companies to meet service requests within territory.
• Analyzes performance gaps and reports findings to management, taking independent action.
• Interacts with business to resolve billing disputes with contracted facilities.
• Attends towing association meetings and industry events to maintain relationships.
