Job summary

Call 4 Health is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join our 24-hour remote triage center. In this role you will perform telephone triage, document in client EHR systems, and deliver clinical assessments across multiple states while working from home.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, 2–4 years RN experience (ER/urgent care or ICU preferred), and a Compact Licensure. Flexible shifts in ET timezone provide balance with patient impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience in ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use established triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with hospitals and other facilities as needed.
• Participate in RPM programs, monitor vitals, educate on chronic diseases.
