Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24/7 remote triage team. You will perform telephone triage, document in EHRs, and support providers with clinical decisions across multiple states from a home-based setup.

The role requires an active nursing license (compact preferred) and 2–4 years of RN experience, with strong empathy, organization, and communication skills to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Nursing degree (AS or BSN) required.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, ER/urgent care or similar.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL/Compact license; multi-state licensure willingness.
• Telephone triage experience and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Apply established protocols to assess and triage patients by phone.
• Document interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations with clinical input.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring and patient education.
