Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24-hour remote triage team. You will triage patients by phone and via patient portal, using established protocols to support providers across multiple states.

The role requires 2–4 years of RN experience, an active Compact license, and proficiency with electronic health records. Work from home with nationwide coverage and collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU).
• Active e-NCL/Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willing to obtain other state licenses.
• Experience with telephone triage using electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on protocols.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Support providers with referrals, prior authorizations, and clinical input.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs, including vital sign monitoring.
