Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Remote Triage position. You will handle triage calls across multiple states, document patient encounters, and support providers with clinical and administrative tasks from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

The role emphasizes clinical decision-making, patient education, and coordination of referrals. A compact license and strong nursing background are required for this 24/7 call center environment.

Competenze

• Active RN license with multi-state eligibility or compact licensure.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, ideally in ER/urgent care or ICU.
• Experience with telephone triage and electronic triage protocols.

Mansioni

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Perform clinical assessments using established protocols via phone or portal.
• Document interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and RPM activities.
• Support providers with administrative tasks and patient education.
