Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24/7 remote triage team. You will conduct phone-based triage, document interactions in EHRs, and support providers across multiple states from a home office.

The role requires an active nursing license under the Nurse Licensure Compact and 2–4 years of RN experience in acute or ambulatory settings. If you thrive in fast-paced decision making, this is a flexible, mission-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care, adult/pediatric/ICU) preferred.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience working with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems or the Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per established protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including med refills, critical results, and follow-up coordination.
• Facilitate referrals and assist with prior authorization requests requiring clinical input.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs: monitor vitals and educate on disease management.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide patient education.
