Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its 24-hour remote triage team. Working from home, you will perform telephone triage, document in EHRs, and provide clinical support across multiple states, ensuring timely and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (compact license preferred), 2–4 years of ER/urgent care or acute care experience, and comfort with telehealth protocols.

Qualifications

• RN with 2–4 years full-time clinical experience (ER/Urgent Care/Adult/Pediatric/ICU).
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing; active nursing license.
• Telephone triage experience with electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms; unencumbered license (e-NCL/ Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Document patient interactions in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal using protocols.
• Support providers with referrals, prior authorizations, and RPM activities.
