Call 4 Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. You will provide telephone triage, document in EHR systems, and deliver clinical assessments for patients across multiple states from a home workspace.

Required: active nursing license with e-NCL, 2–4 years of RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care preferred), and proficiency with at least two EHRs. Flexibility in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Competenze

• Active RN license (e-NCL/EC) and state licenses as needed
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably ER/urgent care, adult/pediatric/ICU
• Experience with telephone triage using electronic triage systems
• Experience working with two or more EHR platforms
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested

• Answer inbound/outbound calls for multi-state triage
• Perform clinical assessments via phone and patient portal
• Document accurately in client EHR systems
• Support providers with admin and clinical tasks
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and RPM activities with clinical input
