Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24-hour remote triage team. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, perform triage using established protocols, and document assessments in client EHR systems, supporting providers nationwide.

You should have 2–4 years RN experience, a nursing degree, and an active e-NCL license. The position offers remote work from home with flexible shifts in ET, requiring reliable broadband and a private workspace.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN).
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably ER/urgent care.
• Telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Active e-NCL (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage.
• Triage using protocols and document in EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or portal based on established protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks.
• Process medication refill requests and notify providers of critical results.
• Coordinate post-discharge follow-ups and referrals.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring programs and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials.
