Job summary

Healing Strides Counseling is seeking a Telephonic RN Case Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, coordinating with healthcare providers and employers to support recovery and return to work.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, an associates or bachelor's degree in nursing, 2+ years of clinical practice (preferably workers' comp), and URAC-certified case management credentials such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC).
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess overall recovery of disabled persons through interviews and modify case goals based on progress.
• Independently manage a portfolio of cases, prioritizing effectively and preparing status updates for stakeholders.
