Enlyte is hiring a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to support injured workers and auto-accident patients through comprehensive case management from a remote location across the U.S. A valid RN license and URAC-recognized CM certification are required.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include an Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management to support return to work and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational versus non-occupational relevance.
• Prioritize caseload and prepare status updates for customers.
• Participate in training/orientation and assist other staff as requested.
