Privia Health Group is seeking an RN for our remote Care Advice Line (CAL RN1) to provide on-demand telephone-based care management through a 24/7 Nurse Advice Line, supporting a Population Health team.

Shifts include Weekday 4:00–11:00pm EST and Weekend 10:00pm–6:00am with 24-hour coverage options. Part-time hours (10–30 weekly) and base pay $25–$30/hr are offered; benefits available.

Competenze

• RN with 1+ years in adult primary or pediatric care.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing; BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months.
• Transcript showing Microbiology with Lab.
• Compact Resident RN in good standing; eligible for non-compact states (expenses reimbursed).
• Availability to work 10–30 hours per week; including weekends (3/4) and holidays; shifts 2, 4, 8, 12 hours.
• Strong computer and tech skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined; patient-first mindset.
• Able to work from a quiet, secure home office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers; provide triage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and evaluate patient care and referrals.
• Record member data in Privia’s EMR/health portals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Privia’s systems.
• Research information to support triage decisions.
• Provide health information and wellness advice to callers.
• Support quality improvement and close gaps in care; other duties as assigned.
