Job summary

Privia Health is seeking an RN for the Remote Care Advice Line (CAL RN1) to provide on-demand telephone-based care management via a 24/7 Nurse Advice Line. You will triage, refer or schedule with providers, and give health information and guidance to callers, working to reduce unnecessary clinic visits.

You will record data in Privia’s EMRs, coordinate with care teams, and support patients with symptom management while complying with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience in adult primary care and/or pediatric care.
• Associates degree in Nursing; BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months.
• Compact Resident RN license in good standing; ability to apply to non-compact states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, providing compassionate triage.
• Coordinate with internal/external team members to assess and plan patient care.
• Record member data in Privia’s web-based medical record system and EMRs.
