Job summary

Medcor is seeking Telephonic Registered Nurses for a remote role in a 24/7 call center. This full-time position offers shift options of 8 or 10 hours, with a salary of $28 per hour.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing high call volumes, providing customer service, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Benefits include paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a major U.S. holiday rotation and every other weekend.
• Good vision for close work with computers and written materials.
• Private space at home with four walls and a door for patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls from customers.
• Document each call accurately.
• Follow HIPAA Compliance Policies.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Complete accurate symptom assessments.

Skills

Strong technological skills

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Education

Valid RN license
