Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Care Advice Line Health Advisor (CAL) to support after-hours and weekend call queues for real-time clinical assessments that do not require RN licensure. You will work closely with telephonic nurses, care staff, providers, and patients, maintaining high-quality communications and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities include prompt call answering, triaging, and efficient escalation when needed, plus coordinating with the integrated care team for care

Qualifications

• Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Ability to read and use close vision, including on a computer screen.
• Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information.
• Ability to frequently adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Support effectively the Care Advice Line (CAL) call queue after hours and year-round.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and according to SOP and training guidelines.
• Provide clear written and verbal communications to patients and providers.
• Triages and transfers calls to RNs, providers, or 911 as needed.
• Chart in the EMR and applications according to national healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to support care coordination for patients.
• Assist with scheduling PCP, Virtual Clinic or specialist appointments.
