Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the Jackson, Mississippi area. This full-time remote position requires travel for in-person patient appointments in your assigned geography and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work with treating physicians and employers to create treatment plans, monitor progress, and facilitate early return-to-work strategies while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care for injured workers.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, and the injured/disabled person.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor plans for early return to work.
• Schedule and attend in-person appointments as needed in assigned geography; manage workload and case status updates.
• Travel to in-person appointments; ensure cost-effective healthcare services and maximize medical recovery.
