Job summary

Genex Services, LLC seeks a Field Case Manager to coordinate and implement treatment plans for injured workers in the Nashville area. This full-time role involves collaboration with physicians, employers, and customers to ensure cost-effective, timely care and safe return-to-work outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with 2+ years of clinical experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with local travel for in-person appointments.

Qualifications

• Education in nursing or related field and an active RN license.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and work-relatedness.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
