Qualifications

• Education: RN degree or nursing-related field.
• RN license in good standing required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred, workers' comp experience helpful.
• Willingness to obtain Maryland WCCM certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate case plans for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure appropriate care.
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Maintain documentation and status updates for clients and customers.
• Support return-to-work goals and cost-effective healthcare utilization.
