Genex Service LLC is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Houston, TX area. This full-time role supports injury recovery by coordinating with physicians, employers, and patients to create and implement effective treatment plans. Location is remote with regular local travel for in-person appointments.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice and understands workers’ compensation basics. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medical case plans with physicians/providers, employers, and injured workers.
• Develop treatment plans to return injured workers to work safely and cost-effectively.
• Travel locally to in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards and treatment options.
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple cases independently.
