Job summary

Genex Service LLC is hiring a Medical Field Case Manager in Marquette, MI. This part-time, hybrid role requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience with workers' compensation preferred.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.
Independent work capability and reliable transportation.
Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Apply case management standards of practice to develop and implement treatment plans.
Interview injured workers to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational status.
Collaborate with treating physicians and providers to tailor treatment plans.
Assist employers and physicians to modify job duties to support early return to work.
Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers.
Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and perform other duties as assigned.
