Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an RN, Clinical Operations to deliver telephonic education and clinical assessments to patients and caregivers. You will help with therapy understanding, adherence, and barriers within established protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Role emphasizes patient safety, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with pharmacists and providers to support high-quality specialty pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in resident state; multi-state license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years patient-centered care or disease management nursingExperience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers within nursing scope.
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, and adverse effects; triage to pharmacist or notify provider as appropriate.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and care coordination accurately in patient records.
• Support clinical programs to promote patient care, adherence, and improved outcomes.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event forms per regulatory and client requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical team members, manufacturers, and providers to support programs and patient needs.
• Assist with order creation and setup activities to support patient and business needs.
• Maintain competency across treatments and disease states supported by Lumicera.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
