Lumicera Health Services is seeking an RN, Clinical Operations for a telephonic education role. You will educate patients about specialty therapies, assess clinically, and support adherence and outcomes from a remote setting.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with pharmacists and providers, and helping with program implementation while maintaining regulatory compliance. Flexible 2x10 hour shifts per week, CST hours.

Qualifications

• RN required with ADN; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of residence; multi-state license preferred.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers within nursing scope.
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, and adverse effects; triage to pharmacist or notify provider when appropriate.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and care coordination in the patient record per requirements.
• Support planning and maintenance of clinical programs to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event forms per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical team members, manufacturers, and clients to support programs.
