Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN to perform quality review of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care to ensure CMS program compliance. The role collaborates with Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance, patient outcomes, and reimbursement.

The nurse will act as a role model, consultant, and Oasis expert across the Home Health team, supporting the organization’s mission and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care
• Experience with an EMR system (Homecare Homebase required; EPIC preferred)

Responsibilities

• Quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance
• Collaborate with Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and patient outcomes
• Serve as Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region
