Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to support workers’ compensation and health plans from a home-based setting in the U.S. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement cost‑effective treatment plans that promote rapid return to work.

Requirements include active RN license, URAC case management certification, 2+ years clinical experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
URAC‑recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN‑S, RN‑BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge and job duties.
Interview injured persons to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to customers.
Assist in training/new staff as requested.
