Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (CA licensed, remote – must reside outside CA) to assess the needs of injured workers from home. You will collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters to design cost-conscious treatment plans and ensure timely access to appropriate care for diverse employers and carriers.

This fully remote role requires a CA RN license and an active compact license in another state, residence outside CA, an ASN or higher nursing degree, and

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and an active compact RN license in another state.
• Residence outside of California.
• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Clinical experience in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho or Neurology.
• Workers' compensation case management experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored case management for individuals with work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters on cost-conscious treatment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as the key link between patients and their healthcare providers.
