Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support workers’ compensation cases from home. You’ll assess physical and psychological needs, guide injured workers through care plans, and collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters to devise cost-conscious treatment strategies.

This fully remote role requires a California RN license and an active compact license in another state, residency outside California, and an ASN or higher nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology

Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Compensation)

About the Role

Help injured workers get the right care and get back on their feet, all from home. As a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, you'll assess the physical and psychological needs of individuals with work-related injuries through consultative evaluations. This is a case management role, with no hands-on treatment. You'll partner with physicians and claims adjusters to build effective, cost-conscious treatment plans for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.

Location & Pay

Fully remote. Candidates must possess a current California RN license and an active compact RN license in another state, and reside outside of California.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year, based on licensure, certifications, and experience.
