The IMA Group is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers from a fully remote home-based setting. You will assess medical and psychological needs, partner with physicians and adjusters, and design cost-conscious treatment plans for carriers, TPAs, and employers.

Strong nursing credentials and regional licensure are essential. This remote role requires residency outside California, with a salary of $80,000–$90,000 depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state.
• Residence outside of California.
• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Compensation)

About the Role

Help injured workers get the right care and get back on their feet, all from home. As a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, you'll assess the physical and psychological needs of individuals with work-related injuries through consultative evaluations. This is a case management role, with no hands-on treatment. You'll partner with physicians and claims adjusters to build effective, cost-conscious treatment plans for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.

Location & Pay

Fully remote. Candidates must possess a current California RN license and an active compact RN license in another state, and reside outside of California.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on licensure, certifications, and experience.
