Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to support workers' compensation cases nationwide from a remote US-based role. The position requires an active RN license and URAC-recognized CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN/COHN-S certification.

You will assess cases, coordinate with providers, and develop plans to facilitate early return to work. The role emphasizes independent case management, strong communication, and solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Reliable internet access for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Interview disabled individuals to assess recovery and return-to-work potential.
• Collaborate with treating providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Advise on job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases.
• Prepare status updates for customers and assist in training new staff.
