Genex Service LLC seeks a Telephonic Case Manager to support workers’ compensation and auto injury clients from a remote U.S. location. The role requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical practice, with URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management for workers' compensation and auto injury clients.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective care and optimal return-to-work outcomes.
• Manage workload independently, prioritizing cases and providing status updates.
