Job summary

Paradigm seeks a Telephonic Case Manager to deliver remote case management for injured individuals in the Eastern time zone, Monday–Friday. The role requires an unencumbered compact RN license and CCM certification, with Spanish language skills a plus.

You will coordinate medical services, assess progress, and explore vocational options with workers, employers, and providers to secure return-to-work outcomes. This is a full-time, benefitted remote position.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license is required.
• National certification CCM/CRRN/CDMS/COHN preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
