Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager (RN, CCM) to deliver remote case management for injured individuals in the Eastern time zone. You will coordinate medical services, assess progress, and explore vocational options to help clients return to their highest function.

Responsibilities include collaboration with claimants, examiners, employers, attorneys, and providers, ensuring compliant practice while supporting favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license.
• National certification required (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN).
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
