Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager to provide remote clinical case management for injured individuals. You will coordinate medical services, evaluate progress, and explore vocational options with workers, employers, and providers to help return them to the highest possible function.

The role requires an unencumbered compact RN license with a national CCM certification (CRRN, CDMS, COHN also acceptable) and optional Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license
• National certification required (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN)
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
• Additional state certifications/endorsements may be requested at hire
• Licenses/certifications must be current and allow practice in the US

Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management for injured individuals
• Coordinate and frequently assess medical services
• Explore vocational options with workers, employers, and providers
• Assist in securing pre-injury or alternate employment
• Collaborate with all parties to the claim (injured person, examiner, employer, attorneys, providers)
