Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager to provide remote clinical case management for injured individuals, often industrial injuries, in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical services, frequent assessments, exploring vocational options, and collaborating with claimants, examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to support recovery and return to work.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license required.
• National certification CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Licenses/certifications must be current and allow practice in a US state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telephonic case management to injured individuals to support recovery and return to highest function.
• Coordinate medical services, frequently assess needs, and explore vocational options with workers, employers, and providers.
