Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager (TCM) with an unencumbered compact RN license and CCM to work remotely, Monday–Friday, in the Eastern time zone. You will deliver remote medical case management for injured individuals, coordinating care and frequently reassessing needs to restore function.

The role involves collaboration with the injured worker, claim examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license required.
• National CCM certification required.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and assess medical services for injured individuals.
• Ensure frequent care coordination and service optimization.
• Explore vocational options and secure pre-injury or alternate employment.
• Collaborate with injured worker, claim examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers.
