Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager with a compact RN license and CCM to work Monday–Friday in the Eastern time zone. As a remote TCM, you will provide medical case management to injured individuals, coordinating services and frequently reassessing progress to restore function.

You will collaborate with the claimant, examiner, employer, attorneys and medical providers to coordinate care, explore vocational options, and secure pre-injury or alternative employment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license is required.
• National certification: CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or COHN.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
• State certifications may be requested at hire or soon after.
• Licenses/certifications must be current and allow practice in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals.
• Coordinate medical services, assess progress, and explore vocational options.
• Collaborate with the claimant, examiner, employer, attorneys and providers.
• Assist in securing pre-injury or alternate employment as eligible.
