Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager (TCM) with a compact RN license and CCM to work Monday–Friday in the Eastern time zone. This is a remote role offering comprehensive benefits.

You will provide remote medical case management to injured individuals, ensuring coordinated care, frequent assessment, and exploration of vocational options with the injured worker and their employers, including securing pre-injury or alternative employment when needed.

Qualifications

• Compact RN license required and CCM certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
• State certifications may be requested post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management to injured individuals.
• Coordinate medical services and assess care regularly.
