CVS Health is seeking a remote RN Case Manager to support members across multiple states. This role involves telephonic case management, applying clinical guidelines, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. Requires extensive nursing experience including oncology and EMR documentation.

Position is fully remote in the United States with 40 hours weekly and comprehensive benefits. Licensure across states via NLC or individual licenses is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 1 year in a hospital setting.
• RN must have active multistate license (NLC) for compact states or individual state licenses for non-compact states.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Act as telephonic case manager for fully or self-insured clients.
• Apply criteria and clinical guidelines to assess benefits and member needs.
• Collaborate with care team to address barriers and coordinate care.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews and care planning.

Skills
