Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active multistate RN license via NLC or single-state licenses for each state supported.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Work telephonically with patients and care teams for managed clients.
• Assess benefits and needs using clinical guidelines and policies.
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and barriers.
• Coordinate care with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews and collaborate to resolve member issues.
