Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, incl. hospital setting
• RN license across multiple states per compact or state license per state supported
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically
• 1+ years' Oncology experience

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management for fully or self-insured clients.
• Apply clinical guidelines and policies to assess benefits and member needs.
• Use clinical judgment to reduce risks and address barriers in care planning.
• Assess care needs from multiple sources and address co-morbid conditions.
