Qualifications

• Active US RN license with multistate privileges or state-specific license for each state supported.
• 5+ years of RN experience, including hospital setting.
• Experience documenting electronically using a keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Serve as telephonic case manager for fully or self-insured clients.
• Apply clinical guidelines and care management plans to assess benefits and member needs.
• Use motivational interviewing to engage members and address barriers to care.
• Collaborate with supervisors, Medical Directors, and care teams to meet goals.
• Perform medical necessity reviews and ensure compliance with policies.
