CVS Health is seeking a remote RN Case Manager to support members across multiple states. This telephonic role involves applying clinical guidelines, coordinating care with care teams, and performing medical necessity reviews for fully or self-insured clients.

Eligible candidates will have 5+ years as an RN, active multistate license, oncology experience, and proficiency with electronic documentation. The position offers full-time hours, strong benefits, and ongoing virtual training.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years experience, including hospital setting.
• Active multistate license via NLC or individual state licenses for each state supported.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as telephonic case manager for fully or self-insured clients.
• Apply criteria and clinical guidelines to assess benefits and member needs.
• Use clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address complex indicators.
• Assess information from various sources to address conditions and comorbidities.
• Consult with supervisor and multidisciplinary team to meet goals and objectives.
• Utilize case management processes in line with regulatory policies.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to engage members.
