Job summary

EK Health Services is hiring a Full-Time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) for the Case Management Team. The role involves assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating service options to help injured workers obtain timely, cost-effective care and return to work.

Must hold a Compact RN license and be in good standing; CA RN license required within 90 days. Remote, Monday–Friday hours, wage based on experience, education and location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Case Management; Workers' Compensation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate care options for injured workers.
• Communicate with medical providers, employers and workers.
• Coordinate transportation, and arrange home care or services as needed.
• Monitor and adjust the plan of care with involved parties.
