Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Medical Case Manager, RN to provide comprehensive telephonic case management and coordinate with injured employees, providers, and employers to drive a medically appropriate return to work.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN, CM-related certifications if possible, and strong communication skills. Remote in Pennsylvania with competitive benefits and salary guidance.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted NY RN license required; PA compact preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing or related specialty highly preferred.
• Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate professional certifications/licenses to comply with state laws.
• License(s) preferred to be obtained within three–six months of starting.
• Spanish and English fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate comprehensive telephonic case management to drive return to work.
• Perform utilization review activities per jurisdictional guidelines.
• Document all case management activities accurately in the system.
• Coordinate care with providers, employers, and adjusters to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in directing care to preferred provider networks and modify job duties as medically appropriate.
• Support privacy and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in training as requested.
