A leading health company is seeking a remote RN Case Manager responsible for assessing and coordinating case management activities for members. Candidates must possess an active RN license and have at least 3 years of acute care experience. Strong customer service and telephonic communication skills are required. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $66,575 to $142,576, with great benefits including comprehensive health plans and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of residence, preferably compact.
• 3+ years of acute care clinical experience as an RN.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations of member’s needs and available benefits.
• Utilize clinical judgment to reduce risk factors.
