Job summary

EagleOne - Case Management Solutions is seeking Nurse Case Managers for a fully remote, full-time role based in Georgia. The position supports national telephonic and field case management, focusing on workers' compensation and client outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing 22-25 active field files, 45-55 telephonic files, or a mixed workload, adhering to EagleOne protocols, and providing timely medical assessments to employers. Travel within a 1.5 hour radius when needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CCM/CDMS/CLNC certifications are a plus.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel for field visits.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 22-25 active field case management files, 45-55 telephonic files, or 35-45 mixed files depending on complexity.
• Follow Eagle OneTM case management protocols and provide expert medical consultation.
• Update employers on disability/medical status within 24 hours of appointments.
• Adhere to jurisdictional rules and regulations for each case.
• Attend field visits as needed to support cases.
