This is a remote position with evenings, typically Monday–Friday hours. The role emphasizes care coordination, patient education, and efficient clinic operations, with base pay and benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years in ambulatory/clinic/medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• RN license in state; NCLEX-RN passed; BLS required; AMB-BC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform triage in person and by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Provide patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up and continuity of care.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
