Experience in ambulatory care preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessment, assisting with exams, administering meds, documenting in EHR, coordinating referrals, and supporting population health outreach.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license; NCLEX-RN passed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform triage in person and by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
