Sentara Medical Group is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse – Physician Practice to support ambulatory clinics. The role provides triage, patient education, immunizations, and coordination with physicians in a remote-capable setting.

The RN will assess patients, assist with examinations, document in the EHR, and contribute to population health outreach. Required ADN/BSN, current RN license, and BLS; ambulatory/clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required; NCLEX-RN passed.
• BLS certification required; AMB-BC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform triage by in person and phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations; provide treatments.
• Provide patient education and care coordination and document in EHR.
