Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. Work from home delivering telephone triage, documenting in EHRs, and supporting providers across multiple states.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy clinical decision-making with flexible schedules. You must hold an active RN license (e-NCL) and have 2–4 years of full-time RN experience, preferably in ER/urgent care or ICU settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care/Adult/Pediatric/ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience working with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willing to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize established protocols to assess and triage patients via telephone.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including medication refills and follow-ups.
